Refund/Exchange Policy
MyNaturalMD return policy is that we will refund you the full price for any defective product if you notify us within 30 days of the date of receipt of the product. Should you need to return a defective product, please send an email to [email protected] with your name, your order number and the reason for the return of the product. Our sales department will respond with return instructions. Upon receipt of the defective product, we will refund your credit card for the full purchase price.
Order Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel your order before the order has shipped, there will be a 10% cancellation fee. Email [email protected] should you wish to cancel your order before shipping. Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been shipped out.
Shipping Costs
Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
